Home Inspection- Negotiating on your behalf for relevant items from the Inspection Report. Advising you on items that are critical and those that aren't.

Appraisal Contingency- Lenders order the appraisal from an appraiser and we will negotiate on your behalf based on what the value comes back at.

Title Commitment- With my experience previously being a licensed title officer I understand real estate title. I will advise you on the validity of the title presented and work through any issues that may arise.

Coordinate Closing- we will coordinate with the title company, lender and all parties involved for a timely and smooth closing!
