• Mortgage Preapproval-  we know amazing lenders to assist you in getting preapproved for your home purchase! This is the first step and with it we are assured you can afford the home of your dreams before we even get started looking!

• Buy/Sell- Presenting your offer with expertise in negotiations to ensure the best outcome possible.

• Home Inspection- Negotiating on your behalf for relevant items from the Inspection Report. Advising you on items that are critical and those that aren't.

• Appraisal Contingency- Lenders order the appraisal from an appraiser and we will negotiate on your behalf to make certain you never overpay for your home.

• Title Commitment- With my experience being a licensed title officer previously, I understand real estate title. I will advise you on the validity of the title presented and work through any issues that may arise.

• Insurance Contingency- we have a network of insurance agent to refer to help provide you the coverage if you require it. 

• Coordinate Closing- we will coordinate with the title company, lender and all parties involved for a timely and smooth closing!
